Catoctin AutoEdge collects the information you provide when you book a detail: your name, email address, phone number, service address, vehicle details, appointment selections, any referral information you choose to provide, and any notes.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule and provide your service, contact you about your appointment, and maintain appointment records. If email confirmations are enabled, your email and appointment information are sent through our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal information or use your booking details to subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Booking information is stored in our website’s database and is accessible through the password-protected owner area. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services.

Cookies and preferences

A necessary sign-in cookie is used for the owner area. The booking form does not require a customer account. Security controls may temporarily retain a hashed network address to limit repeated requests.

Maps and reviews

Embedded maps and Google reviews, when available, use Google services. Your browser may send requests to Google to load maps or review author images. See Google Privacy Policy for information about those services.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask about your information, correct a booking, or request deletion of your records, call 301-524-6761. Please avoid entering sensitive information in the booking notes.
